I had a very welcoming experience with one of the English-speaking salesclerks last week. I was traveling so wasn’t looking to buy any Vertuo capsules but wanted to see if there were any new flavors to add to my order when I got home. The salesclerk told me about the Oatly capsules and made me a cup with the warm frothed Oatly and told me about the Aeroccino frother. He was friendly, kind and knowledgeable.

I always offered a cup of coffee at each of my visit, the staffs are all very friendly. The shopping is easy with self service machines. The interior decoration is very nice, make you wanna stay longer. I've been consuming Nespresso since 5 years now and never been disappointed by the various flavour and continues limited edition. Love it.

Was at the shop on 5th May with my family. the lady that serve us was really nice , she let us taste some varieties even before we buy any sleeves, which we did buy.btw she has been with Nespresso for 12yrs. Nespresso is so lucky to have employees like her who is so service orientated.. Unlike today the lady that serve us in strasbourg was totally unfriendly who said we got to buy before we can taste !!People like her really give Nespresso a bad name.!!
