Delightful experience. You are encouraged to select one of the chef inspired menus. Even the wait staff do not know what dishes you will be served (which makes choosing a wine pairing a bit challenging). Our group of 4 selected the 4 course discovery menu. This turned out to be ample portions. The oyster dish was particularly good. Every dish served came with an explanation of where the ingredients were sourced. This was my first ever experience in a Michelin starred restaurant. The facade is very understated - easy to miss except for the crocodile hanging above the door. We were able to get a table without reservation around 1900 on a Friday which was very surprising to us. Since we were tourists and didn't really plan on eating out in a fancy restaurant, we were probably the most casually dressed but there were no frank objections. We also brought along our almost 10 year old child and there was no objection although we were not sure at all whether or not they would admit him. Our entire meal took

Wonderful meal. Beautiful room. Hospitable and knowledgeable staff. Blossoms filled with fish were slightly sweet and creamy like ricotta. Smoked arctic char with cherry’s was a masterful match. Nice add-ons from amuse bouche, to brioche, bread, and after dinner sweets. Will return….
