I LOVE this cafe. The proprietor, M. Olivier, is to be congratulated on creating a space where one can dine as they did in Toulouse in earlier times. Simultaneously delicious and informative. As a local, I tend to go in the mornings, at lunchtime, or for an afternoon drink or coffee. The evenings, especially when there is a concert at the Halle aux Graines, tend to get hectic and, understandably, a bit impersonal. But that's just me. Others may see it differently. It's a great place to go to understand the Toulouse of yesterday, to meet new friends, and enjoy the life of the quartier. Very m

Smiling staff that helps to make you order even there is some language barrier. Food was delicious and wine choice done by the waitress very good. The atmosphere is really local and you get the french vibe. Prices are a bit higher but it was worth it.

Great find. Fantastic atmosphere and discovered it's the oldest cafe/ bar in Toulouse. It's worth a visit just to see the fantastic decore inside. Busy with the locals. Service great.
