Absolutely dangerous! Upon delivery, the driver suddenly demanded an extra €2.50, even though Lieferando didn't list a delivery fee. We also didn't receive an invoice when we asked for one. The absolute worst part: we found a piece of metal wire in the pizza! That's life-threatening. Never again!

Ordered three times – and disappointed every single time. 1st order: After 120 minutes, still nothing had arrived; I had to cancel it by phone. 2nd order: It arrived, was just about okay – nothing more. 3rd order: Delivered after 128 minutes, cold, and then the wrong thing to make matters worse. Instead of a sucuk wrap, I received a doner kebab with just salad and no meat. The food was inedible and can be picked up from the restaurant. If you're clearly unable to deliver orders correctly and in a timely manner, you should seriously consider not using other platforms like Lieferando. This
