Just went in and noticed the place has a bad smell to it, and the prep area is really dirty. The hand washing faucet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks and the back and sides of the coffee machine is covered in a layer of grime. I left the place without placing an order because I was scared for my health.

Nice location. Beverages are okey ... along Starbucks style ... only three stars because of service sloppiness: have been here 3 times in the last 2 days, trash corners on both floors overflowing and nobody seems to care. Regards. M.P. :-) P.S. Coffee tasted good, though!

This is the worst service ever in any Starbucks in the entire world. The Barista would put no effort into serving customers, instead she cleaned the kitchen. It took 10 mins to get a coffee and there was only one other customer in the shop. Had I not picked the place as a meeting place with a friend I would have left for another cafe on the other side of the square.

The service at this Starbucks has never been stellar, but the situation lately is honestly terrible. In the past they've gotten my order wrong multiple times. More than once I have ordered frapuccinos with no coffee and I have received them with coffee. And more worryingly than that, I always order plant based milk, as I cannot have dairy due to intolerance, and I've seen them make my drink with dairy milk several times. I always pay attention, luckily enough, so I was able to alert them and stop them from giving it to me. The drinks went down the drain, so it was a waste. Additionally, they
