We had the worst subway experience ever. The manager was incredibly rude. We were trying to speak in English but he kept speaking another language, not even German. When we asked for another subway, he simply said, “Is it written on my head that I speak English?” Mind you, we had asked him at the start if he spoke English. When I asked him for feedback, he replied, “We don’t do such things. I am the manager, I can do what I want.” This happened on 9th June, 2026, around 11:30 am. Subway, please take necessary action. Also, please don’t let the manager serve you. The other worker was very nice.

If someone ordered online and is waiting at the counter in a hurry to catch the train, please give the order (which was already prepared and on the table) first as they pre-ordered it for a reason and don't keep em waiting while doing the orders of the people who are already there!!!!!!!!!
