The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the city, it is directly opposite the train station and a 20 minute walk to Therme Euskirchen (the reason for our visit). Hotel staff were always great and friendly, most notably the reception team and breakfast team. The hotel itself has an upmarket atmosphere with great facilities and very spacious rooms. It was always clean and tidy. The only slight issue we had was that our room was not cleaned despite putting the "clean my room" sign on the door, a minor issue during a great stay. Highly recommend.

An amazing stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great bed. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location is perfect — right in the center and close to the train station. I would definitely come back!

We were very satisfied with our stay and regret the fact that we could only stay for a night. We booked the Silver Sunday offer that includes tickets for the Thermes and for the price, we were very well surprised how amazing everything turned out to be. For the hotel the room was (again to our surprise) very spacious and had honestly one of the best hotel bathrooms we´ve ever come across - with a bath tub AND a shower cabine, with a separating toilet door and two entrances as it should be (dream home vibes, really <3). The bed was spacious, comfy, two tables - a smaller one and a proper one,

They don't put coffee in the rooms. They would rather charge you 5 euros for a shitty machine coffee lol
