I was trying to call them for 30 minutes (delivery), sadly no one answered the phone. Had no choice but to call some other restaurant. P.S: Get whats up number for orders, if your workers can't take the calls on analog line. Availability is very important in these times!

We visited again yesterday with the boys. It was, as always, absolutely delicious! For me, it's the best German restaurant I know. You can eat absolutely anything on the menu. The onion soup is a dream, and yesterday I tried the winemaker's pan, which was absolutely amazing. The 5 stars are absolutely deserved. I'm really hard to impress, but the Karthäuser Hof is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. Please keep up the good work!

This was my first time at this restaurant – and definitely not my last! The food was simply incredibly delicious, every single dish a delight. I'd especially like to commend the staff: so friendly, warm, and also really funny – we had a wonderful time and felt completely at ease. The ambiance is beautiful, decorated with great attention to detail, and the outdoor area is also very inviting – quiet, cozy, and simply perfect for enjoying a meal. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and will recommend this restaurant to everyone!

We've eaten here many times before, and even celebrated a birthday there years ago. The food is really excellent. However, when I only get my drink after 30 minutes (and only after asking) and then wait an hour for my food, even though I specifically booked for a later time, it's very annoying. And unfortunately, this wasn't the first time. 😏
