The ambience and service is fine, however I found food very oily. I ordered veggie-burger and was disappointed when oil was literally dripping out while eating.

This has to be the worst fast food I have ever eaten. In Germany back on business and I was really looking forward to a nice tasty & Juicy bratwurst, and what these muppets served ruined the experience. Both bratwurst I was given were served good side up, only when I bit into one did I realise the underside half of the bratwurst was rock solid and burnt to a crisp. Never again 👎🏻🤮🚫🆘

Food was fine but the female staff should be friendlier. She didn't bother to ask me what sort of drink I wanted , for example and just gave me Pepsi instead. In fact, I avoided going to eat there for a long while as the staff is really unfriendly. But this recent trip reminded me why I should eat elsewhere. Why bother to spoil my day when there are happier people in other cafes? It's time to invest in customer training and treat your customers better. Without customers, you won't be in business. Ever heard of customer loyalty? We need ☺ more smiling positive people around.

Female staff really unfriendly . The elderly woman was coughing into the food while serving it to one customer . I was schocked seeing that she didnt even try to cover her mouth with her hand. Then one customer askwd for a full chicken and the lady didnt want to serve it saying that first the half chickens must be out. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody to go eat there.
