Overall, the establishment is very beautiful; the staff are excellent and do a wonderful job—I have absolutely no complaints about them—though I do have a few minor issues with the company itself. The drinks are interesting, but the Waldmeister with Red Bull tastes essentially like dyed Red Bull—there is no distinct flavor of the Waldmeister itself. I was also disappointed after ordering the Double Beef Big Mac; the patty was, at best, 1 cm thick—it looked rather sad, and there is simply no way to feel satisfied after eating a burger like that. It would be great if they charged a little more b

We were at drive through waiting for over 15 min and then we were delivered the wrong order. We already wondered when we were delivered two drinks when I only asked for one but he was more angry at me than whilling to discuss. Then I explained several times what we’ve ordered (simply a nuggets menu and a crispy bacon burger). When arriving home we had a nuggets menu but a nuggets wrap and everything was sooooo bad. The fries were full of fat and old (two different kind ones although we didn’t order like that either). Definitely not returning!!!

I’ve ordered from McDonald’s multiple times, and almost every time, the delivery experience has been disappointing. The app constantly says “nearly there” even when the food takes another hour to arrive. Today, my order arrived after two hours, which is unacceptable. Instead of misleading updates, I’d appreciate accurate delivery times so I know exactly when to expect my food.
