We ate at Bürgerstübl on a holiday weekend when they were offering a reduced menu and serving food only in the courtyard. Most tables had people at them, but the restaurant was not completely full. It's fortunate that this restaurant has a very beautiful courtyard to sit in, as we spent quite a long time there waiting for our food. I thought perhaps I was being too impatient, until, after around an hour of waiting for our food, a second waitress arrived to offer us dessert! She was under the impression our table was empty because we had been served, eaten, and our plates had been cleared - but
