For what as a sudden dinner plan, this evening turned out to be one of the finest I had in a very long time Vietal Village is a very cozy little restaurant in the city centre of Göttingen with an extremely pleasant staff and out-of-this-world food. I would like to recommend this delight of a place to anyone who is willing to try something different and delicious. This small vietnamese restaurant will definitely win your hearts. 10/10

It's no exaggeration to say that this is our favourite restaurant, full stop. We've yet to find, anywhere, a more authentic Vietnamese restaurant outside of Vietnam, and it's simply perfect. Fresh, warm, rich, smooth and strong, this is where we go when we're tired or want to celebrate. We're probably addicted. Here's some key tips: While everything on the menu is good, please treat yourself and order some of the "proper" Vietnamese dishes - phở, bún, nem, most things you're not sure how to pronounce - instead of defaulting to "safe-looking curry-like dishes" (which are also good, but less d
