While exploring the area, we checked Google reviews and decided to stop here for lunch and we’re glad we did. We tried the currywurst and the classic schnitzel, and both were really delicious. There’s also a great selection of beers to choose from. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and very friendly. A very enjoyable lunch experience. definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful stop at this lovely pub. Having lived in Munich I appreciated their lovely Bavarian food. My wife said "Best food we've had in last 4 days of travelling through France and Luxembourg. Service impeccable. Extremely attentive. Food just phenominal. So recommended. A wonderful place for fantastic beer and sincere traditional German food just on the edge of the main tourist zone, and you don't get fleeced for an outdoor table. Really good service. We ended up eating here twice during our day in Heidelberg.
