Juli★★Guys, unbelievable! A piece of our pizza was missing. We called immediately and explained, and then they rudely pointed out that we could have taken a piece ourselves. As if I didn't have enough problems and was making this up. Embarrassing. In the end, they brushed me off and just hung up without even saying goodbye. I'm shocked, what was that all about?! Never again. I'm truly shocked, just completely shocked. I've never experienced anything even remotely like this anywhere else!
Ness Ma★★★I've always been satisfied so far. Delivery was quick. I had a pizza, which was delicious. It wasn't quite as hot as I'd hoped, but still okay. The cinnamon bread was also fine, but the two cookies... incredibly disappointing! Last time they were packaged cookies, which were at least tasty. This time they were baked. However, they were small, burnt, and still raw inside. It's a real shame; it's not the first time something hasn't been right... the quality has somehow declined in the last six months.
