Really love the ambience and the people at espresso house are always quite nice. I do not speak much German, but the staff are always very sweet and patient. The food is really nice, their Flat white along with their chocolate muffin is perfect.

The coffee house is good. Great for people who have a great liking for pastries and cakes. I reckon the chain should pay a little more attention to the amenities in the shop. The toilets are out of order. Ever since this new branch opened in Hildesheim, it's always flocked with people. I am assuming they are doing good business. Fixing toilets and making your customers feel comfortable shouldn't be difficult. Should it?
