We went to Salu in Bauersfeld and were satisfied. We ordered the salad with spinach, beetroot, pumpkin, pear, bread, and delicious butter, and the beef with horseradish. The salad was truly delicious; everything about it was perfect. The only slightly disconcerting thing about the beef was that the potato gratin was swimming in so much sauce. The horseradish sauce was very good, and the meat was good. The knife could have been sharper. Overall, the food was very tasty. It wasn't busy, so it was quiet and relaxed. We felt comfortable there and will definitely come back.
