It's outrageous that if you buy a coffee and a roll at this bakery, you have to pay 50 cents to use the toilet. I've never experienced anything like this at any other bakery with restrooms. Thank you for your complete lack of hospitality.

Unfortunately, you have to wait longer and longer, especially on Sunday mornings. Then, a smugly employee goes outside to smoke and suggests we should go to the competition. Surely she meant it as a joke, but it reveals two issues: mismanagement (too few staff during peak hours) and, secondly, a bit of a work ethic: when the place is so busy, you don't take a break and leave your colleagues alone. A quick quip like that, referring to the competition, doesn't go down well with customers who have been waiting for 15 minutes.

I keep noticing that customer service doesn't seem to be a top priority. While several employees are stocking shelves, a single person has to handle the influx of customers. I think that needs improvement.
