Impressively terrible service — truly a masterpiece of incompetence. I waited over 2 hours for my food, and honestly, at this point I’m convinced the delivery team must be traveling by foot… or maybe they got lost in another dimension. Who knows — there were absolutely zero updates. The app proudly claimed my food was “on the way” for more than an hour. Adorable. For years we've been ordering delivery to the office at least once a week during our lunch break. Pizza, fries, burgers, and nuggets always arrive super fresh and crispy.
