Unfortunately, my experience at Rõhms Deli in Lüneburg was quite disappointing. Upon arriving, we stood near the outdoor seating area hoping to be seated. After a while, with no staff acknowledging us, we decided to take a seat at an empty outdoor table. We then waited for a further 20 minutes before a waiter finally approached our table. His first question was whether we spoke German. When we replied that we did not, he abruptly informed us that they were fully booked and only accepting reservations. I didnt want to write this review but I am genuinely annoyed, I dont like being duped. I was there this past Tuesday 15th August. Birthday lunch. You offer a Entrecote for 29€ we ordered two and a fish dish. The Entrecote was NOT Entrecote but rather chewy rump steak as it called here or sirloin everywhere else. You dont disclose the weight of the steak and as a person who only eats steak, everyday I know steaks. Maybe 250g I asked for medium rare and got medium, slightly pink inside meat.
