We wanted to try the ice cream for the first time today. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the ice cream itself. The selection is huge, and according to the reviews, it seems to be great. We wanted to eat at a table, and the self-service area was fine. However, the fact that I was expected to stand in line outside (stretching far onto the sidewalk) to eat/drink our ice cream sundaes and coffee inside... I find that absolutely unacceptable. With so many staff members behind the counter, one person could easily take our table's order. This system isn't suitable for us.

We were very impressed with the selection of ice cream flavors, which taste absolutely delicious. And the price of €1.60 per large scoop is unbeatable in the area. It's definitely worth enjoying some ice cream there.
