Steffonn Chan★★Great service. Still a nice environment. But compared to my 5 star review years ago... Today the Menu has significantly slimmed down. The dishes were a touch salty and portions also slightly smaller than other comparable vietnamese Restaurants. The steamed dumpling was off-tasting.
