Ordered late night delivery out of desperation and got the worst sushi I’ve had. Completely naked unagi with no unagi sauce 😭 and cooked tuna in the temaki 😵‍💫 I could nitpick more but those are the worst of it

I regularly order from Susi Mana and have always been very satisfied with the quality and portion sizes. Today my chicken soup was mistakenly prepared with shrimp, which I’m allergic to. When I called the restaurant, they handled it very professionally they quickly made a new chicken soup, also added an extra Japanese pancake and delivered it to my house. Really appreciate their quick response and great customer service!
