We sat by the terrace, nice spot there to see the city. Inside seating also nice in their old building. Nice food, not cheap but reasonable for location. We had apple cake for 4 euro All together with tip (not have to but we think it's nice service) we paid 18 euro

Popular German restaurant located in basement with old-school design. Large dining halls with a private smaller room. The pork fillet was amazingly tender. Mushroom sauce is highly recommended. Salads and cold meat platter was delicious. Beer choices were great as you would expect from a popular German restaurant. Fun and casual dining atmosphere. Staff friendly and attentive. Food service was slow and entire dinner lasted long time. The potato side dishes came long after we finished our main dishes.

We went today as I noticed Königsberger klopse on the special board. They were tasteless, the sauce was split and really old bits of salad mixed within. And to top it all the food was cold. Nobody came to check half way and when the waiter picked the plates up at the end, he asked if anything was okay and when I mentioned it wasn't, he wasn't really bothered to find out. On the plus side, we actually sat on the Prinzipal Markt as it was good friday and no busses

Nice touristic location in the centre. Great to enjoy the sun. We went here a couple of times with friends. Service wasn’t very consistent. Prices are affordable
