They write that they aim for a Michelin star but they have a long way to go. When arriving, we were pointed to a set of tables and then the waiter left. We got to order the menu but there were no questions about drinks and as the first dish was served I had to ask, what about some wine. Such service could maybe be excused if the food had been good, but many of the dishes lacked flavor and the various things on the plate didn't always match. There are better options to choose from in Oldenburg.

A spacious and elegantly furnished restaurant with good service and a very creative cuisine at a price that is not absurd - what more can you ask? I really hope Kevin will get his Michelin star in the near future - he sure deserves it, and I've eaten much worse in restaurants that had been awarded a Michelin star.
