While the food has always been nice here. The service has not. Which is why I can only give it a 3. Today, roughly 30 minutes before closing, I was told I had to wait 40 minutes for bread... how that makes sense when they would be shut is beyond me. It's not the first time coming after 5 pm and no options of bread.

I order from here regularly, and the food is always very tasty. I'm generally satisfied with the quality and preparation. However, the wait times are often very long. Unfortunately, it frequently happens that I have to wait up to two hours for my order. This isn't just a one-off occurrence; it's happened repeatedly. A significantly better organization of the food preparation process would be desirable.

I was there today, February 4th, 2026, at 10:23 AM. There were two women working. I wanted to order something, and they told me they would be open in about 20 minutes, even though the opening hours are from 10:00 AM.
