Good well prepared Indian food using authentic Indian spices. We ordered Amma Mixed Grill and Amma Thali and Lassi. Specially Grill was very made well and served on sizzler plate, good presentation. We liked it and it was super tasty and delicious, it also had good portion and varieties of non veg , came with rice and Salad. Rare to find such nicely made grill with very authentic Indian spices and perfect Indian cooking. Thali had three curry dishes , with Bhatura , salad and Rice. Bhatura was very tasty , salad was resfreshing. Curries were nice, but green curry definitely needs improveme

The food was good. Especially the little appetizer you receive before your meal. I really loved it. I had the Lunch menu. Service could be better. The restaurant wasn’t busy but the service was slow. If you like Indian food, it’s worth a try!

I visited the Amma restaurant in Steglitz on the day of their grand opening. I arrived pretty late - less than half an hour before they closed - but preparing my order which comprised five different menu items wasn't a problem at all. Service was friendly, and food was extremely tasty. I was especially happy with the size of my dish. I ordered the "Lamb Amma Special", and boy was the meat tasty! I truly hope they'll keep up the quality. I was here with my wife for a birthday dinner. We ordered lassies, a soup, mixed grill and a biriani. The food was delicious and got s expected in indian style. Service was really nice. Staff was really nice to us and asked our needs and served. We booked a table on their website before we went there, but it was not needed as they have many tables and space in their restaurant.
