A hidden gem in Weimar - Delicious Korean food! I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic Korean restaurant in Weimar, and I can't wait to share my experience! 😊 Unfortunately, I can't remember the exact names of the dishes, but the food was absolutely delicious. We started with a traditional Korean pancake filled with kimchi, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - a perfect start to our meal! Next, we tried some Korean sushi, which was a unique and tasty twist on the classic Japanese version. The main course was amazing, with a flavorful dish featuring kimchi

I’m very pleased with the taste of the food because it wasn’t too salty, and I appreciate that a lot! The pickled radish and salad was very good, though I wish the plant based bibimbap and bibim-japchae came with more vegetables and greens. I think perhaps they ran out of spinach, which is fine, but I’d appreciate more transparency in the communication. Since vegetables is quite important here. However, big plus for low salt food! +++++ And for plant based orders, it would be kind to add an extra something, since we often take away another ingredient, like eggs. Then a substitute like spinach

I have not had much Korean food before so San was a new experience for me. We started off with an order of the scallion pancakes which were excellent. Crispy on the inside with a softer texture on the inside. The beef bulgogi entree was very flavorful but felt like it was missing something. My friend got the beef bulgogi that was in a soup and that was better. The meals also come with a plate of sides that seemed a bit odd and out of place, but everything was tasty on the plate. Very friendly service.

The food was very delicious and the prices were similar to every other restaurant. The menu options were varied and the decoration was lovely. However, we had to wait for a really long time before being served what we had ordered.
