In this business, if you do not value your customers, you need to think twice if you really want to excel in it! How just being nice could do wonders to one's image! Unfortunately, the guys n' gals at Freddo Wesel need to get some basic education in hospitality! They have a wonderful location, but lack in some commen courtesy. Before being there, I was literally their mouthpiece on how creative they were and how they could be even better.
