This was a great find, we'd taken the long wander down from the town centre to see the tower and the statue of Hagen. There are great views of the tower from just past their beer garden. As for the place itself, the staff were lovely and helpful, despite our mixed attempts at speaking German. Really reasonably priced drinks and food (the apple ring/Apfelküchle and ice cream was amazing), a lovely place to sit by the Rhine in the evening, and the staff were even kind enough to organise taxis for us at the end of the night. Totally recommend if you get as far as the river.

Surprisingly reasonably priced Worms pub on the banks of the Rhein near the Rheingold statue and the fabulously gothic building on the bridge. Table service. The Heisse Apfelring was great! Ordered us a taxi when requested.
