I found this spot online and finally visited today with my friends. The space is absolutely gorgeous! I love how calm and peaceful the atmosphere is so aesthetic-wise, it’s a solid 10/10. We ended up spending almost 4 hours here catching up on work and hopping on Zoom meetings. The service was excellent. The waitress who attended to us was incredibly polite (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name), and an older gentleman who I assumed was the shift manager was also very courteous and welcoming. For food, I had a sandwich and a banana smoothie, which were great (8/10). My friend mentioned their sandwich was a bit too "bready," but overall, we all thoroughly enjoyed what we ordered. Bonus points for the music. Every single song on their playlist was fantastic! I can definitely see myself becoming a regular here.

After a full day of taking my first tour of Ghana during my first visit to Ghana, a great way to end the day, was to relax and reflect at Joanne's Café. I enjoyed my veggie burger deluxe while sitting in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere...I do have a few suggestions. 😊 The atmosphere provides a nice setting for poetry night, a book club, and/or live performances.

Love everything about this place. It’s the perfect cafe to me. A great balance of food: breakfast vs other meals; local vs intercontinental food. Several pastries and dessert options. Outdoor vs indoor seating. Great service. Affordable. Pretty place. They have Wifi for when you want to work. They’re open 24/7 so when you’ve gone out clubbing you can pop in for a very early breakfast lol. Been here to study, for brunch, for a post club meal lol I’ve seen them in daylight and night and I love them. Joanne’s will always see me 😚

I came here because I saw it on IG. It’s a cute spot to work. Music could be a little lower. Food was decent, but did take a little long. Nothing spectacular about it. But nothing super terrible about it either. Seats were comfortable enough for me to get some work done which was appreciated. But I probably won’t be retuning.

What a delightful space! The decor is so aesthetically pleasing and the little touches like the birds hanging from the lights make you wonder how much went into making the place look so amazing. Not only is the space amazing, but the food is amazing as well. I had their English breakfast with mango juice and ginger. The portion size was great, and my eggs were runny just like I asked. A lot of Ghanaian establishments don’t make runny eggs when you ask them to, so this was a wonderful experience for me. Everything on my plate was fresh, warm and delicious. And the juice was to die for. I also had a pot of the butterfly pea tea which I enjoyed greatly. I’m in love with the space, the food and the fact that the sockets are close to the seating and work perfectly. I would go back again and again.

Joanne's is not hard to find and the location on Google maps is accurate. Really nice space to work and have casual meetups. I'm a particular fan of the decor. Been here twice and I'm glad to see the quality has not reduced in any way. The wait time for food could be better but is alright. And I wish the mains menu was a bit more diverse. The wait staff are good and I'll keep coming back. I love Joanne's. All in all, the experience is great.
