Extremely Disappointed – Stale and Expired Food! I recently purchased 4 patties and 3 white sandwiches, and I am highly disappointed with the quality. Out of the 4 patties, only one was edible, while the rest were a complete waste of money. I broke 3 patties in half, only to find that they were expired—the potatoes inside were completely black, looking like they had been sitting for days. This is completely unacceptable!

I just had my birthday and ordered an expensive birthday cake. It’s not very good. The cake itself is ok but the ratio to icing is very off. We are very disappointed with fantasy cake. We customized the cake for the very first time with the fantasy but the quality and the taste of the cake and flavour is not same as we ordered. When you go to a fancy bakery, the cakes look beautiful but they don’t taste that good. Why can’t they just balance the flavors more? I don’t understand why it’s so hard to make the cake taste good. Learn your lesson next time just buy the cake the baker is about to throw out the next day

This is not the right place for the customized cake. The taste , flavour and the presentation that we expect from the cake just ruin the event. They spoil our memorable day. We feel very insulted in front of the guest.
