We went to Hallimane Restaurant for their Mango Meals during the mango season in May. It’s an unlimited banana leaf meal with more than 20 dishes made using mango. They serve everything from mango holige and mango rasam to mango rice, mango pickle, mango rasmalai, and mango ice cream. The variety is really impressive and it’s a fun experience if you enjoy mangoes. That said, after a point it can feel a little too sweet. The meal costs around ₹450 for adults and ₹350 for kids, which feels worth it for the experience. Weekends are super crowded, so it’s better to reach by around 12 PM for lunch if you want to avoid a long wait.

Just had the amazing food here. The desserts like mango holige and mango rasamali are top notch. The Mango pulihora was good. The best item i had was white rice with mango palak dal and papad and also rasam. And loved the ice cream in the end. Few items didn't impress me like sambar and sweet mango dal . The food was on the pricier side but negotiable for one time visit. Let's meet next year for mango festival try to add a mango mojiti it will definitely add the value when we complete the meal

Tried Halli Mane for the first time and absolutely loved the authentic Bengaluru-style experience. The Mango Mela meals were something completely unique — I’ve never seen so many mango-based dishes in one meal before! From mango rasam and mango holige to mango rasmalai and raw mango chutney, every item had its own flavor and identity. The traditional Karnataka-style serving, homely atmosphere, and balanced taste made the experience memorable. It felt less like eating at a restaurant and more like enjoying a festive homemade meal. A must-try place in Bengaluru for anyone who wants authentic local food and a unique seasonal experience.

Halli Mane located in the prime location of Malleswaram serves authentic South Indian dishes. It is a must visit place during their special mango and Jackfruit Mela. We visited @ Mango mela when they served different mango items, Mango Festival Meal, served at ₹450, little expensive but dishes served were top notch. As we entered, the most notable part was the service style, neither it was a buffet nor a normal setup of any standard Restaurant, the service was like a Wedding feast - Dining in a row or Eating together in a traditional line at a function पंगतीत जेवणे. On the banana leaf the dishes were served in quick succession, repeatedly one after the other. The food truly gives that authentic marriage food vibe, with a rich flavorful taste. Dosa, and the delicious mango themed meal served was awesome. This restaurant is located in a very crowded area, somewhat difficult to find a parking place as only roadside parking is possible. When we reached we had to wait for half an hour as t

Went there was mango mela oota. Had good food with mango in everything. Expected a lot more but it was great We went there for a office team lunch We wanted to reserve but there were no reservation so we had to wait. Wouldn't recommend for a large group of people since you won't get seated together and end up seating in different places and the whole group would have to split. Apart from that it was great.

We visited Hallimane for their mango 🥭 Special Lunch, and it was a truly festive experience. The traditional meal was served on a banana leaf, bringing out the authentic touch like the festival. The spread had a variety of homely dishes, mango curries, mango Palya , mango kosambari, mango obbattu, mango Alubai , mango milk shake , mango Rasmali , mango lemon rice , mango sambar , mango rasam , mango gojju and crunchy papad, each prepared in a simple yet flavorful style. Finally finished lunch with mango Ice cream. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and despite the festival crowd, the service was quick and courteous. Overall, it was a wholesome, satisfying meal that celebrated the spirit of mango 🥭 meals in the best way possible. Meals Adults : 450 Children : 300

Aam ka season aaye, toh plate bhi aam se saj jaaye. 🥭✨ Mango season in Bangalore hits different when you try a full mango meal. This isn’t just a thali, it’s pure mango madness on a banana leaf. Almost every item on the meal has a mango twist. From pickles and chutneys to sambar, rasam, and even the desserts, everything carries that sweet, tangy mango flavour. It’s a unique experience where one fruit takes over the entire meal in the best way possible. The highlight for us was the mango obbattu (ubbatu). Soft, rich, and packed with flavour, easily something we’d come back for again. Another standout was the mango stone cooked in a sweet and sour chutney, messy to eat but absolutely irresistible. At around ₹450 for a veg meal, it might feel slightly on the expensive side, but honestly, for this kind of seasonal experience, we’re not complaining. 📌 Pro tip: Reach before 12 PM at Hallimane in Malleshwaram to avoid long waiting times, because this place fills up fast during mango se
