This time I had the Bagelwich, Nudl Bar (Kimchi Bowl), Nutella Pancake, and Orange Zesty Pancake, and every single dish was absolutely yummm! Bubblepop Cafe started small and has now grown into a successful cute little café with a minimal yet aesthetically pleasing ambience that feels very Instagram-worthy. The service is smooth and there’s honestly nothing much to complain about there. The food is where the place truly stands out from different varieties of pancakes to a whole range of Asian dishes including noodles and rice, the menu feels diverse and thoughtfully curated with flavours from across cuisines. Their sandwiches taste authentic, with creamy rich cheese textures paired beautifully with soft focaccia bread. But the real show-stealer has to be the drunken spaghetti easily one of the highlights of the menu. A must-visit if you’re looking for a cozy place in town that offers both a warm vibe and an impressive variety of genuinely good food.

Didn't expect food to be so good and the beverages too. The first thing that stands out is the vibe. Soft lighting, wooden furniture, and a clean layout. You can sit for long without being rushed, perfect for catching up with someone, dates or working on your own. The menu is vast. Confusing at first since it has sooo many items. I recommend the cafe to tune down their menu a little so customers are spending 10 minutes just figuring out what to order (something we had to do). But once you select what cuisine you want to try, things are easier to select from. I tried their Spicy Miso Ramen, which was soo good!! This place is my new favorite spot in Ahmedabad! Everyone talks about the pancakes, and they are amazing. The Triple Nutella one is just pure chocolatey goodness. I also tried the Strawberry Matcha, which I loved, but if you don't like matcha, you might want to skip it. But honestly, the real reason I keep coming back is the Spicy Miso Ramen. It is SO good. Seriously the best ramen I've ever eaten. The broth is incredible and the mushrooms are perfect, juicy, tender and just right... Plus, the cafe is super cute and comfy, and the staff is always really nice. Highly recommend!
