Mr shyamal is the rudest person i have ever came across. We took the desert from there and he did not allow us to sit there and enjoy our desert. After requesting him he finally lets us sit there and Juzz after 2 mins he comes up with eat fast, then continuously keep on standing on our head like eat quick i want to give table to other people and like we were eating there for free or something like bhandara, and more over to that he was like don’t use this napkins and will provide you other paper napkins like we were untouchables or something. The pastry is great but the staff is unbelievably batamezz. Advicing people not to visit here and spoil your mood or day.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cafe Piano – The Grand Bhagvati Me and KJ had a delightful buffet breakfast on 1st January 2026, at Café Piano at The Grand Bhagvati. The spread was lavish with an excellent variety of Indian Veg cuisine… all beautifully presented and full of flavour. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The ambience was elegant yet relaxed, making it a perfect start to the day. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality—the staff (especially Mr Sandeep) was attentive, courteous, and ensured a seamless experience. A truly satisfying breakfast with quality food, great service, and a refined setting. Highly recommended for anyone staying at TGB or visiting Ahmedabad. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I am writing this review sitting at the table. If you love your hard earned money, I would highly recommend not eating at Cafe Piano, especially their buffet menu. Such a waste of time, money and health. Food is way below average, mostly cold and bland (no taste). Staff is arrogant and there is literally no service. It was great in the past and if you come back with the same expectations it will be a big disappointment. Dont even come to try and waste a single penny here. End of an era!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Hidden Information! ​Rating: ⭐ (1/5) ​Review: We recently visited Cafe Piano for brunch with a group of 25 people and opted for their unlimited package. While the restaurant charged us the full amount (Rs. 1120/- per adult), the service was highly negligent. ​Their printed menu clearly listed 'Choice of Ice Cream' under the dessert section, but the staff did not offer ice cream to our group even once throughout the meal. None of our 25 guests were informed about it. When we are paying the full price, it is the restaurant's absolute responsibility to serve everything mentioned on the menu. Hiding menu items like this is nothing short of cheating the customers. ​They took full payment but served an incomplete meal. The management's attitude is highly unprofessional. If you are planning to visit with a large group, be extremely careful—they intentionally hide menu inclusions. Absolutely not recommended!

A Splendid and Tastiest Treat. We loved each and every dish. Must Say in home delivery, We got the same presentation, taste, quantity and quality as in Dine In. That's the best Part. We Ordered:- 1) Paneer Butter Masala Bowl (Must Try) 2) Four Seasons Pizza (Must Try) 3) Arrabiata Pasta 4) KitkAt Frappe 5) Bombay Masala Sandwich Every dish was so fresh even the delivery staff had taken all safety protocols, temperature checked, he was wearing mask, caps and gloves.
