chommu restaurant waiters can't hear jack, they never come to take orders only. water was barely refilled. they didn't give an item that was ordered and put it in the bill, it had to be cancelled at the end. drinks were ordered with starters, but it arrived at the very end after multiple reminders. food was very mid, sizzler was not sizzling, thick chocolate shake was water with a little chocolate, rumali roti was not rumali.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service, Kudos to the Duty Manager and Chef of Bluet 👨🏻‍🍳 This morning, I ordered breakfast from Bluet Restaurant via Swiggy, just like my usual days. They serve really good quality, sufficient and fresh food. As always, I ordered their medu vada. However, to my surprise (and slight disappointment), it came with chocolate or maple syrup instead of the traditional chutney and sambar. I reached out to Swiggy customer care, and while they promptly sent me a coupon, I thought that was the end of it. But to my absolute surprise and delight, Bluet went above and beyond! In the afternoon, the manager and chef themselves came to my doorstep to personally apologize and even delivered fresh new medu vada with the correct accompaniments. Their heartfelt gesture and commitment to customer satisfaction truly moved me. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them speaks volumes about their values. Bluet showed they genuinely care about their customers, and for that
