“Wait staff - Dingi is exceptional! Very attentive. She remembered my order from the day before and made sure a hot cup of masala chai was ready at my table just as I sat down for breakfast. She’s a gem to the service team and reflects Taj’s hospitality.”

akshay semwal★★I honestly wonder how Taj Vista Bandra is still running. Being a Taj property you naturally walk in with high expectations but for me it was a complete letdown. The food lacked taste the portions were small and the bill felt unreasonably high. What disappointed me the most was that the food was not even enjoyable enough to finish and felt very basic. It really seems like you are paying only for the Taj name and the location rather than the quality or experience the brand is known for. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.
Akshath Gupta★This is by far the worst run restaurant at any hotel I've ever visited. The fact that a Taj property can have a restaurant that is this bad is truly shocking. The food menu is limited and the quality is below par. Some of the dishes were just cold and completely bland. Even the fresh lime soda was horrible! The service is chaotic and shabby. It wasn't even completely full that could be used and excuse. Staff seemed under trained and confused. It is extremely expensive in keeping with the brand value Taj provides, but the deliverables are nowhere near the price being demanded. Eating at this restaurant was a big mistake and one I hope I never repeat again. Complete waste of money.
Ilyan Kheraj★★★In one sentence; “Great food, good ambience, poor service” Vista at Taj Land’s End is a nice restaurant with a good view and awesome food. The service, however is severely lacking in professionalism, especially what one would expect from a Taj hotel. In fact, the service is even inferior to other restaurants in the hotel such as Ming Yang & Masala Bay. The food is consistently good, and their menu has a decent amount of variety. The pizzas are fantastic as they have a wood fire oven, and the Indian food is pretty good too. However, the food is all very expensive, as is typical for this hotel. Portion sizes are generous though, and I did find the food quite oily but it was definitely delicious. We had miscommunication with our order with one of the servers, resulting in the wrong order 2 times. They took a while to get our bill. and also refused to keep a cake we had brought in their fridge while we were sitting at the coffee shop downstairs in the hotel. I recommend: seekh kebab, c
Sriram Sundararajan★★★★★The restaurant is located in the L2 level at the Taj Lands End hotel. Advance reservation is recommended, Walk-Ins are probably okay provided you're not a large group. There is adequate parking at the hotel including valet parking. The menu offers a multi-cuisine option for everyone. We went as a group and chose to go with the mostly Indian option. The group mostly went with some virgin mojitos and similar drinks. The menu does have a good set of options for those that prefer alcohol. The appetizers were adequate and served in a short interval. We started with some paneer and chicken options including masala papad. Got to say the masala papad was spicy. The main course included the Vista biryani which seemed like a special for the place, some delectable garlic naan, lacha paratha, paneer lababdar, lassoni saag, home style chicken, gown fish curry (pomfret fish), etc. The entrees and the bread options were pretty good. The biryani was delicious as well. We finished the meal with som
Raman Damodar Shahdadpuri★★★★We opted for Breakfast and Dinner package during our stay at Taj Lands End. The first time we visited Vista for dinner was on a busy day (Holi). It was crowded and we had to wait for few minutes to get a table. The service was slow, and our requests were completely ignored. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the crowd. Menu has very less options. We had to wait for a long time before we got our food. The taste was average - nothing that you wont get at any other restaurant. Next day's buffet breakfast was good. There were a lot of vegetarian options to choose from - Noodles, Upma, Dosa, Poha, Dhokla, Muffins, Kunafa etc., all of which were good. It was still crowded but the overall service and standards being maintained were good.
Balkrishna Shroff★★★★★Vista is one of the finest 24 hour coffee shop in this part of Mumbai. It is located on the 2nd floor of Hotel Taj Lands End. After seeing a la carte menu, we decided to go for buffet. The spread was very good both for veg and non veg. The desert counter had a lot of options but nothing healthy. We liked salads and starters more than main dishes. The ambience was classy. Thanks to our server M Salam who served us very well. As per new law all the dishes had calories per 100 gm written below it. But the the problem was as a customer we did not know how much 100 gm is ? Ideally they should keep 100 gm quantity in a bowl below every dish, so that health concious people are aware what are they eating. I pointed out this to Chef. I hope the management will look into it.
Pratik Gadgil★★★Visit 1 Visited the restaurant a few months ago. Not the experience the brand is known for. Not even amongst the top 20 buffets in the city. Barring three types of foods ( Lamb cuts, cherry halwa, paneer tikka ), most of them were of average quality & taste, and some were clearly below par. Variety was not that much as seen in similar-level restaurant buffets. I have had a lot better & larger buffets at 20% lesser compared to here. There was hardly any dry fruit variety, cold cuts and cheese cuts tasted as if they were made in some hurry or just to boost the variety for the sake of it. Other appetizers were equally disappointing. There is a big room for improvement and such kind of buffet clearly doesn't reflect what the brand is.
