No concerns about the food. *Recommend* Starter/grill item / ice cream/chaat/ sweets many items Added videos with name chits 😊. You can check.

Late post, but wanted to share my horrible experience. We visited Barbeque nation on 21st April for dinner. Made prior reservation. We are a family of 5 and we wanted to try something different from our regular places as It was our anniversary and my kids wanted to try barbeque nation. Everything was fine .. until we arrive at the restaurant. First.. we waited for 15mins for the table - which is fine as the restaurant was busy. What seems normal day started to turn to nightmare. Table not cleaned, food all over the floor, we have to wait for another 10mins just to get the allocated table clean. Very Rude behaviour from the cleaning staff when asked to clean the table.. After we settled .. no food was bought for 20mins. We had to go and complain to manager many times. Then the food arrives.. veg starter fully burnt .. tasteless .. when asked the waiter says no chefs to prepare food.. Main course .. most of the dishes empty .. no plates even to take food .. Horrible place , not well maintained food not cooked properly , the supervisor is utter waste, when asked for him , he was absconding , after 50 mnts we got the grill in front of us , and all the dishes were empty and we ask to refill they simply ignored , it’s a waste of money and time. It’s even short of staff , each person is taking care of 5 to 6 tables which is time taking .

Horrible service worst food I’ve been a regular customer and every single time the experience was awesome. But this time the staff were least bothered to fill the rice even though we were reminding them. The service was extremely slow and desserts were also not refilled on timely basis. Horrible experience and we will never revisit such restaurants again

Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, the staff were unprofessional, and the food quality was unacceptable. Hygiene standards were also very low, which made the situation even worse. Overall, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
