Had breakfast at Third Wave Coffee, Banjara Hills Road No. 13, and it was a really good experience overall! I ordered the Camomile Tea and a Chicken Ham & Cheese Bagel both were absolutely perfect and made for a great start to the day. The service was friendly and helpful, though I did feel they were a bit under-staffed since I only saw one person managing everything. The only downside was that the tables weren’t as clean as expected, which took away a little from the otherwise cozy vibe. One thing I really miss (and I’m sure many others do too) is their Hibiscus Cranberry Bubble Cold Brew it was one of my favorites! Losing that from the menu definitely cost them a star. Still, it’s a great spot for breakfast and highly recommended to visit with friends and family. 🌿🥯☕

I’m a regular at Third Wave Coffee, and the taste here has always been consistently amazing. The quality of coffee and the service both are excellent, which is why I keep coming back. I have tried their normal cold coffee, Vietnamese shakerato, iced latte, and cold brew multiple times, and every single time the taste has been perfect. If you love coffee, this place will not disappoint. They also have other drink options like boba, juices, and different mocktails, but honestly, I would recommend sticking to their coffee menu because that’s what they do best. Their coffee flavours feel rich, fresh, and properly made compared to many other cafés. The ambience is another big plus. The place is calm, clean, and perfect if you want to sit for a long time. You can even bring your laptop and work from here without any disturbance. Overall, a great café in Banjara Hills for coffee lovers.

I travelled ~8 km by cab and came with a clear plan to spend several calm hours at this café. After reaching the outlet, I sat inside the store and placed my order through the Third Wave app while being physically present, because both the breakfast item and the drink were clearly shown as available. Only after placing the order: I was informed the breakfast item was unavailable When I agreed to proceed with just the drink, I was told that was also unavailable So to be very clear: The app showed items as available inside the café, while the café itself did not have them. The staff and store manager were polite, apologetic, and even offered a free coffee — which I genuinely appreciate. However, this situation goes far beyond politeness. It reflects a serious operational and system failure. What made this especially frustrating was not the refund (which was processed), but the complete loss of time, money spent on travel, mental energy, mood, and an entire day’s plan. I recently visited Third Wave Coffee in Banjara, Hyderabad and I must say, I was blown away by the experience. The restaurant is simply amazing and deserves a 5-star rating for its fantastic food, excellent service, and beautiful ambiance. First off, the food was absolutely delicious. I had a great time at Third wave cafe, Banjara Hills. This was my second try if this chain and it was pleasant. The atmosphere is great, calm to work or chill with friends. I am a regular here, I visit this particular branch of Thirdwave weekly twice and sometimes thrice as well. The Staff is polite, I usually order the European Bagel Ham and Cheese combo, or the breakfast pancake combo, the food was good at start, however, from couple of my past visits I believe that the standards are falling down gradually, the pancakes aren't that moist like it used to be, the bagel seems to be stale and really crumbling. Another negative part is that the place is really dirty, there is a lot of food leftovers on the floor maybe from the night before or I don't know when because I usually visit this place around 8:15 AM, and as per these guys they open around 7:30 AM. If Thirdwave would improve the quality of the food here and keep it a bit clean I would have rated this place a bit better then.
