Visited Kritunga with my family and kids. We requested soft pieces in the biryani for the kids, and the staff initially agreed. However, when the food was served, the person who came was very rude and not willing to help. He said they would serve whatever was available as per stock and spoke in a very disrespectful way. On top of that, the food was very oily, which made it even worse, especially for kids. Overall, the staff attitude and food quality completely spoiled the experience. Expected much better service from Kritunga.

I ordered 3 biryani dishes (Order #174) for pickup at 9 PM, on 12-10-25, but the experience was extremely disappointing. When we opened the containers after driving home for an hour, we were shocked to find that the biryanis had an overwhelming amount of masala with hardly any rice. The dishes were also excessively oily, making them inedible. It's disheartening to see such unethical practices, especially when customers specifically request less masala. The worst part was when I called to provide feedback, and the response was dismissive. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve the quality and customer service

One of the worst branch I have ordered from Zomato Fry piece family pack biryani but they have sent normal family pack biryani, Once after we recieved order, Food got spoiled with in an 1 hours. I have tried to connect to resturent but no one is responding Better my suggestion not visit this may be all are FAKE reviews this second time I have faced this from this restaurant. NOTE : Refer the proof with ordered ID and details and what we have ordered an what they have sent. BETTER AVOID THIS RESTAURANT to SAVE YOUR VALUABLE MONEY.

We have ordered food from Swiggy from this restaurant. The chicken biryani was completely unacceptable. It was not tasty, and the chicken appeared to be spoiled. We had no choice but to discard the entire meal. This is a serious lapse in food quality and hygiene.
