Went to this place with a friend for coffee. There are alot of things of the menu which are just not available. I asked for fries, (there are 3 types on the menu) which were not available. Then asked for a lemonade with soda- soda was not available. Then asked for pita and hummus spread which again was not available. Why are these things on the menu if they are not available??!! The staff is polite. Indoor seating room is very small. I had read great reviews about the place, but am not sure that it deserves a 4plus rating.

I usually enjoy Third Wave for the service, but this visit was a letdown. The staff member (choosing not to name him) at the counter was quite nonchalant and dismissive when I checked on my order. In fact, the cleaning staff was more pleasant to interact with. My order took over 35-40 minutes to arrive; when I followed up at the 25-minute mark, I was told to just go sit down and wait for it without much of an apology. The slow pace seemed to be a frustration for other customers as well. Update: Gave this place way too many chances. They got my orders wrong. They took my bags away when I stepped out for a couple of minutes. Never compensated for giving me wrong sizes, got no resolution on the app either. Never expected this from third wave. I don't recommend going there anymore. I used to come here for their amazing staff/service, comfort and good coffee. I'm afraid neither of them exist now.
