Extremely shameful experience with Bakingo on Mother’s Day. I ordered a cake to make my mother feel special, but instead of delivering happiness, Bakingo completely ruined the entire surprise and the occasion for my family. The cake was delivered in such pathetic and disgusting condition that honestly, it was impossible to even look at it properly. This is not what customers expect after trusting a brand like Bakingo for special moments. But the real shock came after contacting customer support. Yesterday, your executive clearly told me on call that I would either receive a replacement cake or a full refund by next day 12 PM. He also specifically said that I could throw away the damaged cake. Trusting your own support team’s words, I dumped the cake in the dustbin. Today, nobody from Bakingo even bothered to call back. I had to contact customer care again myself, and this time another executive changed the entire story. She told me I had to send the damaged cake back. When I expla

WORST MISTAKE EVER Very disappointing experience with Bakingo. I ordered two Belgian Chocolate Mousse Jars through Swiggy, and both were clearly spoiled. The mousse had a strange salty taste, and when I smelled it, it had a strong, pungent odour, indicating it was stale and unfit for consumption. What concerns me the most is that such food was delivered to a customer despite being unsafe to eat. This is a serious food quality and safety issue. I reported the issue to Swiggy immediately, but they offered only ₹50 as compensation, even though each mousse jar cost ₹150. Receiving spoiled food deserves a full refund, not a token amount. I hope Bakingo takes food quality seriously and ensures that stale products are never sent to customers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them. Extremely disappointing experience with Bakingo. I ordered a 2-tier cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday, a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. Shockingly, the cake was delivered on a bike. As expected, it arrived damaged, with broken decorations and structural collapse inside the box. For a delicate, multi-tier celebration cake, bike delivery without proper stabilization is completely irresponsible. This is basic logistics understanding. You cannot transport a tall fondant cake like a regular parcel. When customers are paying premium prices for milestone celebrations, the least expected is safe and professional handling. This ruined the presentation of my daughter’s first birthday cake and caused unnecessary stress on a special day. If Bakingo cannot ensure proper delivery standards for special occasion cakes, they should reconsider how they handle such orders. Very disappointed.

Packaging - 4/5 Quality - 4/5 ( Quality was good enough ) Quantity - 5/5 Presentation - 3/5 ( It was not the best presented cake in terms of delivery ) Value for money - 4/5 ( It’s better than a lot of highly expensive bakeries in south Delhi ) - They have a lot of accessories like cap and candles. - I bought a pack of candle but they also gave 2-3 candles so I think that was waste of money. - The cake can be more dense in terms of texture.

If there is an option of rating in negative. I would like to rate bakingo Shahpur Jat in negative. I tried calling them like 20-25 times and they aren’t answering my calls.
