I was really looking forward to visiting Zen Cafe after seeing how great it looked on Instagram, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, I waited about 10 minutes before anyone brought me a menu, as no staff member approached my table. After that, I waited another 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered a Spanish latte, expecting it to be hot, but it arrived cold. While the food itself was good, the service overall was very poor and significantly affected the experience. Sadly, it didn’t live up to expectations.
