My only complaint is probably not their fault. After a delay of over an hour, I was watching this monitor in the lounge very carefully. It still showed DELAYED and I got frustrated and checked a flight tracker. It showed the flight now scheduled to depart in 15 minutes. Barely made the flight but everyone else seemed to get the message

Cafeteria food is fine and the service is very good, the guys there really pay attention to the customers. However, the security procedures at this Airport are over-the-top! I'm all for good and Professional Security, but having three different security posts with a distance of at least one kilometer between them and having to go through security three times with your luggage is not enhanced security, it is a racket! Somebody is making a lot of money providing this security. I lived in the states and in Israel and what I saw in erbil airport is at least three if not five times more cumbersome.

Small executive lounge for Business Class passengers at Erbil airport. Staff is pleasant and area comfortable. Not the best food selection but drinks are free and there is an espresso machine. Lounge is airside.
