My "King Dino" wasn't even to McDonalds double cheeseburger standard. When I pointed out my single patty cheeseburger with burgersauce wasn't a King Dino the server said it was. That with the cold chips. Disaster.

Went today with a Brother . We were getting 3 Fish meals and 2 Burgers . The lady behind the counter was rude and Mean when I had asked , may we have some Tartar sauce with the Fish. The food wad Burned and Dry. No Lettuce in my Burger just Cheese and sweet Chilli Sauce . Fish was as Thin as a Fish Finger. Ive had Dinos loads before . Trust me they do not deserve that Dinos Sign above the door . Very unhappy , Loyal Customer here. Hope to hear from Managment. Richard

Dinos douglas has gone to the bin! Ever since the Irish girl Sarah left the chipper, the food quality has been horrendous. The asian lady working at the store makes the worst food, it’s definitely not fresh and you could just tell that the fish, chicken and dips are stale. The quality that dinos has in other stores like Grange and Turners cross is nowhere near compared to the likes of the Douglas store. The food used to be nice but ever since the asian lady has been making the food, it has been unhygienic, dirty and will definitely give someone food poisoning. Douglas dinos is really really aw
