skyzerjaja★the food I ordered was quick and the staff were lovely but I had saw an interaction with a manager and employee the manager with the white shirt and red collar was shouting at her employee in front of everyone the girl seemed like she was about to cry, no wonder staff there never look happy with managers shouting at them constantly and be-lilting them wouldn’t recommend to send your kid to work there. Had a friend who had also seen a similar situation a few weeks back.

Colette Crowe★Waiting 25 minutes on table order. Not one Irish person working there. Went up to ask about the order. Answer was 'I don't know'. In the meantime person passed down to the table with the order. Communication is so bad. Get people who can communicate effectively in English.

The first time, I paid for a large portion of sauces but was given a small one. The next time, I paid for a large portion that I didn’t receive at all. And today, the exact same issue happened again. This is completely unacceptable. I am angry that after multiple incidents, nothing seems to be improving.
