Just collected my order after 7 o’Clock Got home to discover this. Base is rock hard and inedible. Pizzas missing cheese and toppings burnt. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. At 10.20pm I received a phone call from Daniel a member of management team in Navan Branch. his managerial skills need work as he challenged the validity of my complaint and the pictures and couldn’t understand how his pizzas were burnt. He wouldn’t offer a refund, instead insisted on having to confer with his other management in the morning to decide how much of a credit note I might receive. Domino's in future!!!

Ordered food and waited nearly 2 hrs. When I rang they told me food was delivered. It wasn’t, they were adamant it was. Obviously went to wrong house. I rang up again to see what was happening. Was told the manger would talk to me. He called and offered me a free garlic dip and bottle of coke. Told him to keep it. Terrible service

0 Stars from Me Ordered food at 21:14, hadn't arrived by 22:23 so we called and were told it was going to be another 30 mins. Person on the phone was very Rude with us and then put someone else on the phone who was even more rude and hung up on my husband.. We had to cancel and ask for a refund which they said would take 3-5 working days. We are now left at 22:43 with no food. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. No apologies or gesture of good will offered. I’m also keeping this as proof as they haven’t cancelled our order on the app yet and I want to ensure I get my refund in 3-5 w
