I’ve never been so disappointed with my order from McDonald’s. I ordered delivery, the mozzarella dippers were just crispy on the outside, but when you bite into them, they’re completely hollow inside with no cheese. How is that even possible? The hot chocolate pie wasn’t hot — it was cold, hard to bite, and burnt, so it had a bitter taste. I also ordered a meal that was supposed to include a Friends collectible figure, but they either forgot to include it or just didn’t add it. There were no extras either — no salt, ketchup, or napkins. This was my last time ordering delivery from here. T

This McDonald’s is a disgrace. I placed an order for delivery, and when it arrived(freezing cold) it was missing a quarter pounder with cheese, a soft drink, also one of the chips was less than half full and they also didn’t include straws, napkins, ketchup or salt. McDonald’s isn’t cheap and providing a sub standard service while charging large amounts is unacceptable in this day and age. I will never eat food from the plaza store again as long as I live, and I’ll advise potential customers to do the same! Shame on you McDonald’s 😡

Yikes. This place was warming with teenagers and kids, some of whom left their garbage everywhere. And, in general, the place was pretty dirty. Like really dirty. My food was ok but my partner didn't like his at all. The staff were mostly behind the counter. They could have had people more active in the customer area to keep things cleaner and under control. 🤷‍♂️

Me and my kids loved it! They adored the 'Fresh nuggies', and I loved their wide selection of chicken wraps! So healthy! A very quiet atmosphere, perfect for a quick lunch stop!
