Lovely bar, and nice people behind bar. Bouncers are a disgrace. I have seen them multiple times kicking customers out for no reason. However I kept coming here as I enjoyed the bars atmosphere. Recently, one of my friends asked what time they are closing and we were all threatened that we will be forcefully dragged out? Is that normal for a paying customer? What was the reason?? Owner doesn’t care whatsoever about his security staff. They show their aggression on customers who pay their wages because they have big ego. There are way better pubs with trained and professional bouncers in town.

Great pub, always a great atmosphere, pool table, one place in Tralee where you can drink a blue moon - unfortunately they never have oranges- now it's orange every time. THANKS

Rude doesn't even begin to describe the staff. The ignorance is astounding. Service is well below the standard in Ireland. Stay well away.
