We ordered a veal tagliata and the waiter never asked how we wanted it cooked: it arrived well past well-done, tough and hard to chew. The truffle pizza, meanwhile, came with nothing more than a drizzle of truffle oil, while the table next to us was served the exact same pizza with fresh truffle grated over it at the table. That kind of inconsistent treatment leaves a bad taste. The potential is there, but the attention to the guest clearly needs work.
