We walk around Lucca looking for busy restaurants which we hope is a good sign. We had a very simple but delicious meal starting with a complimentary Prosecco. I saw Pici so we had to try it. Fresh with a delicious sauce. The spinach was delicious as well. Great service with a smile.

The service was great, girls are very nice! Food was good, but small portions and pizza wasn't too good, dough was bad, and we waited long for pizza. The pizzeria is in very place. :)

Menu and photos look fabulous online so wanted to try here. The restaurant atmosphere was light and festive, a bit quieter than the amfiteatro. Pizzas from afar looked delicious. Unfortunately I had the bruschetta and bread was soggy plus pomodoro bland with a sprig of old shrivelled basil. The cod was undercooked and wait staff were super busy hence slow with service. Maybe it will improve next time!

tldr; Solid recommendation: delicious food and great service+atmosphere Pizzeria K2 is a very pretty restaurant that serves delicious Tuscan cuisine. We really enjoyed the interior design and the food. I can recommend Paccheri Al Pesto con Salsiccia, the Calzone and also desserts such as Crema Catalana and the Tiramisu. Why not 5 stars? - While being delicious, the food was not outstanding -The water was served in cheap plastic bottles from the grocery store - The extra bread was served in a paper bag which was a little weird I am aware that these are minor details, but imo they made the ex
